Boats can be launched and trailered at the boat launches above. Boats can also be docked at Anchor Point Marina for a fee: https://www.anchorpointmarina.com/

Norwegian Bay Cottage does NOT have a boat lift available for guests, nor does it have the lagoon behind the cottage that used to exist.

RENTALS:
Pontoon boats can also be rented from Anchor Point Marina. No trailer is needed, just boat back to the cottage in about a 30-minute ride.

Ranked 3rd in Wisconsin's Top 10 Fishing spots by Lake Country Life, Poygan Lake is known for quality Walleye and Bass fishing. Sturgeon spearing is also a big draw in February.

SWIMMING

The shallow sandy bottom of Lake Poygan's Norwegian Bay makes it an ideal swimming spot.

The EAA Aviation Museum is a museum dedicated to the preservation and display of historic and experimental aircraft as well as antiques, classics, and warbirds. It is a fascinating experience for kids and adults that can fill an entire day. When staying at the cottage, a visit to EAA is highly recommended when the weather does not allow you to enjoy the outdoors.

The AirVenture Fly-In is the world’s largest fly-in gathering and one of the world’s largest aviation events, with a total attendance of 500,000. Each year, you can enjoy daily air shows, nearly 1,000 forums and workshops and 800 exhibitors.
